- From the app: open the Help menu and choose Contact Support.

Sending diagnostics
To help us reproduce a problem, use Help → Copy Diagnostics. It copies a report — app and build, your OS and device class, and recent error codes. Paste it into your message.

Before you write
A quick look at Troubleshooting solves many issues in under a minute — especially permission prompts, wrong names, and no-speech messages. If it does not, send us the diagnostics and a line about what you expected versus what happened.
